By registering an account (including via Google OAuth) or using any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

3 Service Overview

DeepCore provides a dashboard allowing registered users to:

• View status of their hosted ASIC miners
• Restart or configure miners remotely
• Monitor real-time and historical miner data
• Explore the dashboard features even without owning a miner

4 User Accounts

• You may register using Google OAuth or by providing a valid email address and password.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• DeepCore reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts engaged in misuse, unauthorized access, or illegal activities.

5 Data and Security

• All passwords are securely hashed and cannot be accessed by anyone, including DeepCore staff.
• Account data and miner telemetry are stored using modern, secure data practices.
• DeepCore does not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

6 Availability and Updates

• Miner status updates occur periodically (typically every few minutes), but DeepCore does not guarantee real-time accuracy.
• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.
• DeepCore may improve or modify the Service without prior notice.

7 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes
• Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt DeepCore infrastructure

8 Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. DeepCore disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9 Limitation of Liability

DeepCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

10 Termination

You may delete your account at any time. DeepCore may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

11 Changes to Terms

DeepCore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DeepCore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
